Nicko earned his Bachelor of Arts from the Theatre program run by JoAnne Akalaitis at Bard College. Amid his time at Bard, Nicko spent a semester training in Classical performance at the prestigious British American Drama Academy, an undergraduate conservatory acting program in London. Nicko also served as an Acting Apprentice at the Tony award-winning Williamstown Theatre Festival in the Berkshires. He has trained in improv with the UCB and proudly studies with Ken Schatz Actor Training.
Nicko has collaborated with acclaimed directors Daniel Fish and Moliere Award-winner Phil Soltanoff, as well as MFA candidate directors at Columbia under the direction of Anne Bogart and Brian Kulick. He is the voice of Just For Men: Beard and Mustache and a core cast member of the long-running and ground-breaking web serial Orange Juice in Bishop's Garden. He has performed in Maryland, Florida, DC, and four of the five boroughs, but presently he calls Queens home. Nicko plays guitar poorly and is a worse singer.
